GO and WHOA Foods
There are no "good" or "bad" foods, because ALL foods can fit into a healthy diet. However, there are some foods that should be offered and eaten more often than others because of of how they affect our bodies.
In this activity, children will learn what foods should be eaten frequently (GO Foods) and which foods should be eaten only sometimes (WHOA Foods).
