Fun with Fitness
Being active is key to the health of both children and adults. The more children learn to enjoy physical activity while they are young, the more likely they are to become healthy, active adults.
In this activity, children will have the opportunity to recognize how they feel when they are exercising. They will also recognize that exercising is the same thing as playing hard. These activities are intended to be done in a small setting, if a large or outdoor space is not available.
